George and I bought a home about a year ago. It was a 2 family and can still be used either way. We are eventually going to do B&B here but want to rent our future quarters to a student or two. We live on the edge of Manitowoc in a rural setting on 1.7 acres, so its peaceful and beautiful. Our home is very close to Silver Lake College about 3 miles on a back road with little traffic. We had a student from there last year from Chicago and she loved living here.

We called Lakeshore Tech College for info on student housing and they gave us your website. We were very excited about this easy way to list our home. I still don't know how you offer this free service but it is very nice. The only other advertising we do is to post it at the school.

This site was very easy to use. I am a self taught home computer user and am able to do anything that has good instructions, simple and direct. And you were very prompt with responding, thank you so much for offering this way to reach so many.

Just thought I would write a quick not to share my success with GO! Student Rentals. I am a student at UW-La Crosse and needed to find a sub leaser for my apartment because I am doing an internship Fall Semester 2003. I have been a student for 3 years now and finding a college apartment in Wisconsin is never an easy thing to do. Its awesome that you cover every college town in Wisconsin . Whether you go to a UW School, Tech college or Private University, your site is offering results for everyone. I found other rental websites like rent.com and sublease.com , but since they are nationwide there were little or no listings for the towns I searched for.
